Blind Spots in Battle Islands—Seriously?

The Strategy

There are three blind spots in the game where enemy ships can’t target from the sea. Experienced players often set Gun Turrets, Howitzers, Machine Guns, or Anti-Air Guns in these zones to keep them safe and lethal. Perfect for catching attackers off guard and holding the line!

The First Two Bind Spots

This game allows you to purchase two Ever Islands (square-shaped island). When setting up your map, rotate an island so its 90° corner faces upwards, showcasing three visible coconut trees. This specific orientation creates a tactical "blind spot" in the northernmost corner, effectively hiding any defensive units you place there from enemy naval detection.

Since you can acquire two square-shaped islands, you effectively gain the advantage of two such blind spots. It's crucial to remember that this strategic concealment is tied to that precise orientation; if you rotate the island differently, that corner becomes visible, and its defensive units will no longer be hidden.

The Smallest Bind Spot - The 8

On your primary Hula Island —the iconic 8-shaped landmass—there’s a subtle blind spot tucked behind a coconut tree. With a careful rotation of the island’s orientation, another concealed angle opens up. It’s a narrow sliver of space, but just wide enough to discreetly hide a single unit.

Sample Base Layouts

By placing hidden Gun Turrets and Howitzers within your island’s natural "blind spots," you can turn red zones on the map into deadly choke points. Enemy ships blindly sail into these traps, unable to detect your concealed firepower until it’s too late. A well-placed naval ambush can obliterate entire fleets before they even know what hit them.
